Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services in Bogotá is seeking an Expert OFR CRT to support the DOW Ocean Freight program. The role manages operational activities, customer escalations, shipment visibility, data quality, reporting, and SAP maintenance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will handle the shared mailbox, monitor tracking, update SAP and CargoWise, ensure data quality, and produce performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
• Knowledge of Ocean Freight processes, including FCL, LCL, documentation and transportation flows.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with CargoWise and SAP is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English written-spoken skills.
