Formación

• Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in logistics and transportation.
• Associates degree or two years of college coursework preferred.

• Manage shipments from booking to delivery, including tracking and route optimization.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers, agents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain shipment records, costing, quoting, and billing.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.
• Resolve operational and system-related issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean export and import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives.
• Manage shipments from booking to delivery, including tracking and route optimization.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers, agents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain shipment records, costing, quoting, and billing.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.
• Resolve operational and system-related issues as needed.

Qualifications

• - Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in the logistics and transportation industry, preparing and processing international ocean shipments, in-transit shipments and/or inland‑freight shipments.
• - Associates degree, vocational training in a related field or a minimum of two years of college coursework preferred.
• - US export/import compliance training preferred.
• - Ocean DG training is a plus.
• - Intermediate computer skills with MS Office suite, and ability to learn and adapt to Rhenus systems.
• - Fluent in English, both verbal and written; bilingual a plus.
• - Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
