Kaseya Limited in Medellín is seeking an experienced engineering leader to build and lead a high-performing eCommerce Engineering team, central to transitioning our platform from NetSuite to Salesforce B2B Commerce and enabling self-service across Kaseya products.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will own team structure, talent strategy, and agile delivery, while aligning architecture direction with product goals and executive stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce platforms, especially B2B Commerce or Commerce Cloud.
• Hands-on Salesforce development or architecture background (Apex, LWC).
• Strong engineering management experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling distributed engineering teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Experience with ERP integration, particularly NetSuite or Oracle, in commerce contexts.
• Prior CX, UI/UX, or front-end architecture responsibility.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and build an eCommerce engineering team of 5-20+ resources, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore talent.
• Lead engineering delivery across the current NetSuite eCommerce platform and the transition to Salesforce B2B Commerce, ensuring continuity of service.
• Partner with Product Owners, eCommerce leaders, and Salesforce architects to define platform architecture and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee integration design between Salesforce and back-office systems, including NetSuite and Oracle, via APIs and MuleSoft patterns.
• Drive an iterative, agile/DevOps delivery model to accelerate platform maturity and value delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance on CX/UI direction and front-end architecture decisions.
• Serve as the primary engineering voice in product planning and executive updates.
