Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Product Manager for Order-to-Cash (O2C) to own strategy, roadmap, and execution of end-to-end O2C capabilities including order management, billing, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations to simplify processes and enable scalable growth.

The role requires deep O2C expertise, strong product discipline, and the ability to drive automation and data-driven improvements across multiple enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes.
• Experience with subscription-based or SaaS business models.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with enterprise ERP/CRM or revenue-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the O2C product strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize backlog based on value, impact, and risk.
• Serve as subject matter expert to business and tech stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Lead end-to-end O2C lifecycle: order creation, invoicing, payments, revenue recognition, reporting.
