Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Network Products Commercialization & Execution in Bogotá to drive the rollout and scaling of immediacy solutions across global customers. You will lead outreach, build pipelines with acquirers and issuers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into active deployments.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, customer engagement, and performance tracking with a strong focus on RTC adoption and Faster Settlement across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, product, strategy, operations or consulting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with pipeline management ability.
• Experience working with CRM tools and commercial pipelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support scaling of Immediacy solutions through structured customer outreach across global accounts.
• Maintain focus on scaling Network Products offerings across global acquirers, issuers, and strategic accounts.
• Support RTC scaling through direct-to-customer engagement with regional teams.
• Build and manage processor and acquirer pipeline, expanding reach to Tier 2 and Tier 3 players.
• Assist processor outreach and positioning of NP/NEP solutions with pipeline conversion.
• Collaborate with MPGS and cross-functional teams for pipeline development and tracking.
• Drive Fast Funds opt-in campaigns and customer activation via CRM pipelines.
• Support market roadshows, outreach programs, and customer engagements.
• Track performance across pipeline, adoption, and KPIs; provide structured reporting.
