Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Network Products in the Latin America and Caribbean region. You will own the regional product management agenda, drive adoption, and coordinate with Global Product, Sales, and Delivery to translate global direction into regional priorities.

You will work across markets to optimize a portfolio of Network Products, including Cloud Edge and related solutions, ensuring delivery excellence, customer success, and revenue growth across LAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, sales, technology in payments.
• Knowledge of payment processing, including authorization and settlement.
• Experience across multiple LATAM markets.
• Ability to manage a product portfolio lifecycle.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own regional product management agenda for Network Products.
• Set portfolio priorities, adoption targets, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion with account teams on value propositions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as primary regional liaison for market teams and Global Product, aligning requirements and execution plans.
• Guide customer engagements and implementations with delivery and technical teams, improving support and ownership.
• Lead regional execution of product enhancements, pricing changes, and announcements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate insights into executive updates.
• Support introduction of enhancements and new Network Products through market assessment and go-to-market execution.
