Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Network Products in the Latin America and Caribbean region. You will own the regional product management agenda, drive adoption, and coordinate with Global Product, Sales, and Delivery to translate global direction into regional priorities.
You will work across markets to optimize a portfolio of Network Products, including Cloud Edge and related solutions, ensuring delivery excellence, customer success, and revenue growth across LAC.

Title and Summary Manager, Product Management, Network Products, LAC Overview The Manager, Product Management will lead the regional management, commercialization, adoption, and performance of an established portfolio of Network Products across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role will serve as the dedicated regional owner for mature and scaled solutions, helping protect and expand existing revenue streams while ensuring strong customer support, operational execution, and portfolio visibility. Working closely with regional market teams, Global Product, Technology, Customer Delivery, Finance, Legal, Franchise, and other cross‑functional partners, the Manager will translate global product direction into clear regional priorities and execution plans. The role will also identify opportunities to deepen adoption, improve product performance, and support relevant enhancements and new initiatives across LAC.
