RWS is seeking a Localization Lead to support linguistic evaluation projects within our Transform division. You will manage linguistic resources, coordinate multi-language workflows, and partner with Project Managers to deliver AI data services on time and to specification.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and hands-on involvement in task distribution, issue resolution, and reporting. Familiarity with CAT tools, HTML/XML, and Excel highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing linguistic evaluation or data labeling projects is a plus.
• Conversational English required, plus strong attention to detail.
• University degree is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate complex multi-language linguistic evaluation projects for AI/ML services.
• Distribute tasks to external translators and colleagues; collect outputs and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, create reports, and communicate with project managers and customers.
• Develop instructions and documentation; troubleshoot problems as they arise.
