Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Media Performance Supervisor in Bogotá, Colombia, with 3–4+ years managing digital media platforms and leading teams to drive operational excellence. The role emphasizes hands-on campaign oversight, cross-team collaboration, and a focus on data-driven strategies to deliver results for clients at scale.

You will partner with the agency and PGD's global network to maintain high-quality execution and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 4+ years of social media advertising experience and 2+ years leading teams.
• Ability to manage workload and provide feedback to the team.
• Advanced knowledge of digital media campaign management/optimization.
• Strong Excel and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Deep knowledge of digital platforms and media landscape.
• SEM knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee campaign management and audit activities, guiding the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of requirements as requested.
• Maintain fluid PGD–Agency communication with timely responses.
• Promote a healthy work environment, including 1:1s and team building.
• Be the main contact for administrative, process, HR questions.
• Provide support and propose solutions for issues or changes.
• Monitor daily performance and drive improvement actions.
• Guarantee tools/resources to meet processes and standards.
• Hold traffic calls to update the team on accounts and news.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings to identify opportunities and provide feedback.
