Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Practice Director in Medellín to lead the growth and evolution of a strategic practice, customer portfolio, vertical, or market. This 360° leadership role focuses on commercial development, advisory work, talent delivery, and building a high-performing team.

Based in Medellín, you will expand customer partnerships, drive revenue, and deliver end-to-end talent solutions across Colombia and beyond, shaping TalentoHC’s strategic operate hub and market presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, executive search, staffing, talent acquisition, human capital, or related professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex customer relationships and expanding accounts.
• Proven ability to generate new business, develop pipelines, and translate customer needs into growth opportunities.
• 7+ years of experience leading recruiting professionals or teams.
• Deep expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, recruiting strategy, and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Development: Build and execute a commercial strategy for the assigned practice or market, identify opportunities, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Expand Strategic Customer Partnerships: Develop deep relationships with business leaders, HR executives, and hiring managers to broaden impact.
• Deliver Exceptional Talent Solutions: Provide strategic oversight of recruiting engagements aligning with client objectives and TalentoHC standards.
• Lead & Develop the Team: Build a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
• Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Translate organizational priorities into tailored talent solutions and proposals.
• Own Practice Performance: Establish priorities and monitor revenue, profitability, and delivery against objectives.
• Strengthen Market Presence: Represent TalentoHC in the market through relationships, industry engagement, and thought leadership.
