Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with tech/SaaS/AI experience preferred.
• Proven event management: plan and run corporate events end-to-end.
• Hands-on campaign execution: design, launch, optimize paid and organic programs.
• Working knowledge of paid social and search platforms (LinkedIn, Google).
• Experience managing social media for a brand with measurable results.
• Comfort with CRM and marketing automation reporting and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own regional events calendar and end-to-end event execution across LATAM and the Caribbean.
• Create and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across channels.
• Manage paid social and search programs with budget discipline and KPI tracking.
• Oversee social media presence, content, and engagement across channels.
• Coordinate with AWS partner marketing and MDF programs; manage MDF lifecycle.
• Report on campaign and event performance to optimize future spend.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors, delivering assets in Spanish and English.
