elev8.io is seeking a Product / Performance Marketing Lead to own the marketing product for behavioral health clients, guiding SEO, content, web/CRO, analytics and paid performance. You’ll shape priorities, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement with a data-driven mindset.

The role blends product management and growth marketing, requiring cross-functional leadership and hands-on execution. This is a senior, high-impact position at elev8.io.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO, performance marketing, or growth experience in a digital environment.
• Strong SEO foundation with broad understanding of content, analytics, and paid media.
• Voice on GEO/AEO and how AI search shapes content strategy and technical SEO.
• Ability to evaluate performance across channels and guide specialists accordingly.
• Fluent with AI tools for research, audits, and reporting; knows when to rely on them.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing product ownership across a portfolio of behavioral health clients.
• Translate goals and data into marketing priorities and improvements.
• Lead SEO prioritization, audits, and content strategy with technical support.
• Drive AI-enabled audits, QA, and reporting while maintaining quality standards.
• Coach and hire marketing talent; build scalable processes and systems.
