This role is ideal for a versatile growth marketer who can combine strategy and execution across areas including SEO, AI search optimisation (AEO), website conversion, audience growth, community engagement, analytics, and performance marketing.

The successful candidate will work independently to identify growth opportunities, test initiatives, analyse results, and recommend strategies that improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and executing growth strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, website optimisation, and digital funnels.
• Experience using data to identify opportunities and measure performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
