Veho is hiring an IT Administrator to support our Bogotá-based team. You will oversee help desk requests, manage devices and software, and partner with Security to keep a secure digital workplace.

The role requires hands-on problem solving for both Mac and Windows environments, plus the ability to drive small projects to completion. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of IT experience, exposure to SaaS tools like Okta and Google Suite, and familiarity with asset management and purchasing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT.
• 3+ years IT experience with SaaS tools.
• Experience with asset management and purchasing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all service requests, incidents and problems.
• Coordinate urgent and complex issues; identify root cause.
• Onboard/offboard employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with Security to create a secure environment.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems.
• Maintain inventory records, knowledge base, and tickets.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Manage identity access.
• Create and maintain IT policies.
