Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in transportation, logistics, or administration.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track LTL shipments and follow up on their status to ensure timely transportation updates.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams by phone and email regarding shipment progress.
• Proactively identify delays, discrepancies, and potential operational issues, escalating them when necessary.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in internal logistics systems.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve shipment-related issues and support smooth operations.
• Use spreadsheets and internal software to organize shipment data and maintain accurate records.
• Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and follow up on pending requests.
• Handle confidential information professionally and follow established procedures.
• Support additional administrative and logistics tasks as needed.
