Lean Solutions Group in Cartagena, Colombia, seeks a Track & Trace agent to monitor shipments across systems, coordinating via email or phone to update arrival and departure times and location details. The role emphasizes proactive load follow-up and visibility in ATGFR8, with timely communication of delays to the manager for swift problem resolution.

You will keep the load dashboard current, acknowledge partner notifications, confirm pickups and deliveries, and contact carriers for ETA.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in track and trace, customer service, or dispatch in logistics.
• Education: High school diploma required; technical or professional studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the load dashboard always updated.
• Acknowledge notifications from partners and register load information in the system with detailed notes.
• Confirm pickups and deliveries.
• Reach out to the carrier to confirm shipping hours and load readiness.
• Check and track all loads and update check calls.
• Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.
• Forward PODs or related documents to the proper department.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate any situation to the main contact.
• Retrieve documents if there are discrepancies in Rate Confirmation.
• Responsibilities may vary by customer and shift.
• Building freight, appointment setting, or booking loads when required.
