Lean Solutions Group in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a logistics coordinator to monitor shipments, coordinate pickups, and resolve issues. This role requires experience in logistics and proficiency with McLeod, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include updating shipment records, keeping all stakeholders informed, and providing after-hours support for urgent situations. Fluency in English (B2+ to C1) is required.

Qualificações

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience using McLeod.
• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Track & Trace: Monitor shipments and provide timely updates on their status.
• Shipment Coordination: Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by following up with carriers and drivers.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve delays, missed pickups, and other transportation issues promptly.
• Communication: Keep customers, carriers, and internal teams informed of shipment updates and exceptions.
• System Updates: Maintain accurate shipment information and tracking records in McLeod.
• After-Hours Support: Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate urgent situations outside regular business hours.
