Responsibilities

• Negotiate and sell: drive business by negotiating competitive rates for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers.
• Build relationships: develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with carriers for successful freight movement.
• Collaborate: work with the sales team to identify opportunities, respond to customer needs, and secure business.
• Monitor and adjust: track market trends and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive.
• Track and trace: monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery while resolving issues.

What You’ll Do:

• Negotiate & sell: Drive business by negotiating competitive rates for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers.
• Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with carriers to ensure successful freight movement.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, quickly respond to customer needs, and secure business.
• Monitor & adjust: Track market trends and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive.
• Track & trace: Monitor shipments and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

What You Bring:

• Experience in Carrier Sales, Track and Trace or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
