Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a dynamic Overnight Dispatch Specialist to join our Bogotá team. The role focuses on after-hours monitoring, keeping real-time visibility, and coordinating with customers, drivers, and internal colleagues to maintain service performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track active shipments throughout after hours, maintaining real-time visibility and service performance.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify, escalation, and resolve service disruptions, delays, load recoveries, and other operational exceptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports, ensuring all critical updates and exceptions are communicated to the overnight and daytime operations team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Work Schedule:

Overnight shift: Monday to Friday - 8pm - 4am Bogotá

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track active shipments throughout after hours, maintaining real-time visibility and service performance.
