Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a strategic and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our North American network. You will manage inbound and outbound freight, ensure carrier compliance, and support daily transportation targets from Bogotá or travel monthly.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, at least 2 years in supply chain, experience with FTL, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain/transportation industry.
• Experience dealing with FTL shipments.
• Advanced English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of inbound and outbound freight while staying abreast of daily priorities and weekly transportation targets.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze lane data, on-time performance and costs to negotiate rates with customers and third-party carriers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with brokers, carriers and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Direct and organize logistics activities such as obtaining shipment rates, negotiating with logistics service providers, selecting 3PL partners, tracking and expediting shipments.
• Verify and troubleshoot shipping or customs documentation including PODs, BOL and carrier confirmation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Business is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Transportation industry is required
• Experience dealing with FTL shipments
• Familiarity with North American geography
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the aptitude to learn new software quickly
• Problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a team environment
• Advanced English skills is a must
• Ideally, must be based in Bogotá or able to travel via their own expense once a month to Bogotá-
