Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit is seeking a Director, Data Management & Tech Operations, with a global remit across multiple locations including Bogotá. You will shape the compliance data strategy, modernize analytics, and enable risk-based decision making for global transparency and anti-corruption monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10–12+ years in a compliance/data governance role.
• Fluency in English required for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for HCC data management and tech ops across regions.
• Drive data governance, quality, and compliance analytics programs.
• Support transparency reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Lead analytics to identify anti-corruption risks and remediation needs.
• Oversee development of compliance tech tools and integration in enterprise systems.
• Embed 'compliance by design' into IT, risk, and ERP processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Privacy, and regional leaders to align strategy.
• Build and manage a high-performing global HCC data team with clear vision.
