Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree/MBA preferred for leadership track.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, at senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and tools.
• Manage day-to-day TA operations, ensuring recruiting workflows, policies, and compliance.
• Partner with TA leadership and HR stakeholders to align operational strategies with business needs.
• Develop and track recruiting metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making and improve performance.
• Oversee TA technologies (ATS/HRIS) to ensure data integrity and user adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor TA operations professionals in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders on strategic TA initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
