Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of Technical Offer Engineers in Dairy and H&PC industries.
• Coordinate resources across Sales, Core Technology Centers and local offices.
• Support, monitor and empower each team member to achieve objectives.
• Travel up to 20% within the area of responsibility and assist project execution as needed.
