Job summary

GEA is seeking a Team Leader for Liquid Dairy and Home & Personal Care to lead Technical Offer Engineers. The role focuses on process engineering, project coordination, and collaboration with Sales, Core Technology Centers, and external offices.

You will travel up to 20% of the time to support regional projects. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 5+ years in medium-sized liquid dairy projects and have strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with preference for Chemical and Food or Industrial/Mechanical background.
• 5+ years leading medium-sized projects in liquids dairy or H&P industries.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external offices.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Technical Offer Engineers in Dairy and H&PC sectors.
• Coordinate resources within the Technical Offer Management team.
• Support development of process engineering capabilities and cost control.
• Travel internationally up to 20% of time as needed.
• Oversee training and knowledge management for the Dairy and H&PC team.
