Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Team Leader for Liquid Dairy and Home & Personal Care to guide the Technical Offer Engineers. The role focuses on pre-engineering, process dimensioning, P&IDs, and equipment specification for dairy and HPC projects.

You will coordinate with Sales, Core Technology Centers, and external offices to deliver robust engineering solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team, review designs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or related) with relevant experience in dairy processing.
• 5+ years of proven experience coordinating medium-sized projects in Dairy or HP&C sectors.
• Experience leading small teams and managing technical offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of Technical Offer Engineers specialized in Dairy and HP&C industries.
• Coordinate resources within Technical Offer Management and ensure collaboration with local GEA offices and departments.
• Travel up to 20% to support regional activities and customer sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering solutions and ensure compliance with hygiene/regulatory guidelines.
