Qualifications

• 2+ years of lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing or marketing automation.
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Proven experience developing lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push and other channels.
• Develop engagement strategies for acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation.
• Build automated workflows and customer journeys using CRM platforms.
• Segment audiences by behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Create personalized campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate calendars, content needs, and timelines.
• Run A/B tests to improve messaging and performance.
• Monitor key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
