Job summary

Tidal is seeking a Marketing Manager for lifecycle, retention, and paid media in a fully remote, independent contractor role. The position focuses on email campaigns, automated flows, and content initiatives to engage customers and expand reach.

You will manage Klaviyo workflows, support Meta Ads activities, and collaborate with designers and influencers to drive growth for a home and lifestyle brand. Overseas overlap with US hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in lifecycle/retention marketing or similar.
• Experience supporting ecommerce brands (DTC, retail, home decor).
• Strong Klaviyo experience with campaigns, flows, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
• Ability to create engaging content campaigns that grow engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and improve Klaviyo email campaigns and flows.
• Develop lifecycle, post-purchase, cross-sell, upsell, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Plan content and campaigns to reach new audiences and increase engagement.
• Support Meta Ads Manager activities, including testing and reporting.
• Review metrics and optimize campaigns for ROAS and revenue.
• Prepare briefs, copy, calendars, and asset directions with Canva.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing calendars and documentation across campaigns.
