Job summary

Tidal is seeking a Creative Growth Director for a remote, independent contractor role. You will transform raw content into high-performing creatives and launch variations across paid media, using AI tools to scale output.

The role requires deep experience in creative design and ads for ecommerce, with a strong focus on Meta platforms, UGC, and rapid testing. You will collaborate with the founder and support teams to optimize CAC and LTV.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in creative design, performance creative, or a similar role.
• Strong experience developing Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads for ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Solid grasp of hooks, angles, messaging, and UGC for paid social.
• Experience repurposing existing assets into multiple ad concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategy and testing calendar across hooks, formats, and messages.
• Collaborate with creators to source raw footage and maintain a usable content library.
• Turn content into performance creative: editing, variations, and resizing.
• Use AI and automation to massively increase output and iterations.
• Manage paid-media tests and connect creative decisions to results.
• Analyze performance to inform new iterations and optimizations.
• Ensure landing-page alignment with ads and offers.
• Work closely with the founder and team members for alignment.
