Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. The role bridges warehouse operations and development, transforming complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will own epics and stories, drive API integration with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end flow testing. A deep knowledge of WMS configurations and Agile delivery is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
• 10+ years in IT enterprise apps; 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with end-to-end flow testing, root-cause triage, and bridging tech/non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate to epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply-chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations.
