Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS features for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

Lead backlog, prioritise epics and user stories, and oversee API and data interface work with ERP and TMS. You’ll be the go-to SME for WMS capabilities, driving quality, alignment, and delivery across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS modules, integration standards, and Agile delivery methods.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
