Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities.

With 10+ years in IT enterprise apps and 6–8 years in Manhattan platforms, you will guide API/EDI integration, support end-to-end testing, and collaborate across ERP/TMS partners to optimize supply

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
