Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, guiding architecture, configurations, and data flows across enterprise systems.

This role emphasizes strong API integration, agile delivery, and rigorous flow testing to ensure robust supply chain execution while contributing to the evolution of our enterprise software

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
