Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. The role bridges warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will lead backlog, integration, and end-to-end testing, while providing expert guidance on WMS configurations and architecture to optimize our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain, CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, specs.
Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS.
