Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. This role focuses on transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will work to optimize supply chain execution and shape the enterprise software footprint, with a strong emphasis on API, data interface, and end-to-end testing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
