Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities to optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint, working across API integrations, ERP, and TMS interfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain or related field.
• Knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
