Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, focusing on Manhattan Scale/Active platforms to optimize supply chain execution.

You will drive backlog, coordinate integrations, and lead end-to-end testing, bringing deep enterprise IT experience to a global storage and information management leader.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise applications experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing of complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
