Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active platforms.

Responsibilities include managing the backlog, leading API integration efforts, and executing comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
