Job summary

DiDi ofrece una pasantía legal en la que colaborarás en asuntos de cumplimiento y regulación para mercados latinoamericanos. Trabajarás con un equipo ágil para entregar apoyo práctico, con foco en precisión y confidencialidad.

La posición es de tiempo parcial y requiere estudios en Derecho; se valora español fluido y capacidad para comunicarse en inglés. Se espera incorporación en enero de 2027 y al menos 6 meses antes de la graduación.

Qualifications

• Estudiante de Derecho matriculado y en curso.
• Capacidad de comunicar de forma clara en español.
• Inglés técnico/operativo requerido.
• Alta atención al detalle y ética profesional.

Responsibilities

• Apoyar asuntos legales y de cumplimiento entre mercados.
• Investigar regulación y resumirla para no abogados.
• Revisar documentos y procesos con cuidado.
• Colaborar con equipos de negocio para mantener cumplimiento y movi­miento de DiDi.
• Asumir una parte de un asunto y manejarlo responsablemente.

About The Team/role

As a Legal Intern

you’ll handle real matters with care, keeping us compliant across markets, and learning how law works inside a company that never stops moving.

In this role, you'll be...

• Supporting real legal and compliance matters across markets
• Researching regulation and summarizing it for non-lawyers
• Reviewing documents and processes with care and precision
• Partnering with business teams to keep DiDi compliant and moving
• Owning a piece of a matter and handling it responsibly

• Minimum education: enrolled in a Law Bachelor's degree
• Availability to onboard on January, 2027 with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date
• Clear communication in Spanish, with working proficiency in English
• Rigor and detail: precise, thorough and careful with the fine print
• Trustworthiness: organized and discreet with sensitive information
