DiDi Chuxing is seeking a Finance Intern in Bogotá to help build models, analyze budgets, and translate numbers into actionable insights for LATAM markets.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams, gain hands‑on exposure to how financial metrics tie to operations, and contribute to key reporting and control processes in a fast‑growing data‑driven environment.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• Availability to onboard in January 2027 with at least 6 months before graduation.
• Strong numerical skills and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Clear written and spoken communication in Spanish with working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build models and analyses to inform business decisions.
• Track budgets, forecasts, variances and explain drivers.
• Turn financial data into clear stories for non-finance audiences.
• Own a recurring financial report or analysis used by the business.
• Support tax, treasury, or risk processes across LATAM markets.
• Document and improve internal controls and procedures.
• Analyze data to flag risk and support compliance.

As a Finance Intern, you will build the models and frame the choices that decide where DiDi invests next, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and gain valuable exposure to how financial metrics connect to operational performance in a real‑world. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you will be an integral part of how we measure success and plan for the future.

In this role, you'll be...

• Building models and analyses that inform real business decisions
• Tracking budgets, forecasts and variances and explaining what’s behind them
• Turning financial data into a clear story for non‑finance audiences
• Owning a recurring report or analysis the business relies on
• Supporting tax, treasury or risk processes across LATAM markets
• Documenting and improving controls and procedures
• Analyzing data to flag risk and support compliance

• Minimum education: enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (business, engineering, economics, accounting or a quantitative field)
• Availability to onboard on January, 2027 with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date
• Quantitative rigor: strong with numbers and comfortable in spreadsheets
• Attention to detail:you sweat the accuracy others miss
• Clear communication in Spanish, with working proficiency in English
• Technical foundation: comfortable in spreadsheets, with basic SQL or Phyton knowledge for pulling and analysing data
