DiDi Chuxing is hiring for Driver Growth Operations in Latin America. The role focuses on acquiring drivers, launching incentives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to scale our driver network across Spanish-speaking LatAm.

You will leverage SQL, Excel, and data dashboards to inform decisions, and collaborate with Marketing, Legal, City Operations, and Product. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement initiatives to acquire new drivers using data-driven decisions.
• Lead the launch and execution of incentives, projects, communications, and product developments for driver acquisition and expansion.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders; align with Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product, and more.
• Define and manage dashboards to monitor national driver acquisition performance and results.
• Own driver acquisition incentives across multiple Spanish Speaking LatAm countries.
• Continuously generate knowledge through experimental testing and learning.

Driver Growth Operations team members are very important for the expansion and sustainability of the business. The ideal candidates for our opening roles should have very strong analytical skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.) and feel comfortable transforming insights into business decisions.

You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAM!

In this role, you'll be...

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement initiatives to acquire new drivers, being able to leverage data for the decision making process.
• Manage the launch and execution of incentives, projects, communications and product developments needed for driver acquisition, ensuring efficiency and expansion.
• Be primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and prioritizing operations to deliver results, whilst constantly working along cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product, etc).
• Define and manage data dashboards to monitor national performance of driver acquisition and our results.
• Ownership of driver acquisition incentives, across multiple countries in Spanish Speaking LatAm.
• Constantly generate knowledge through experimental testing.

• Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Data Science, Actuary or any related field.

• Problem Solver with unique strength towards identifying bottlenecks and coming up with creative solutions.
• Data-driven core: passion for data analytics and programming, with knowledge/experience in SQL (Nice to have: Python, R, etc.). Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets) are a must. Comfortable about learning and using new software tools.
