DiDi busca un Product & Design Intern para decidir qué construir y cómo se siente la experiencia para los usuarios — desde enmarcar el problema hasta entregar la solución. Este rol está hecho para quienes prefieren ver su trabajo vivo en la app, no solo en una diapositiva.

Trabajarás entre producto, diseño e ingeniería para iterar con feedback real, gestionar partes de la hoja de ruta y adaptarte a cambios, con un enfoque práctico y orientación a resultados.

Formación

• Inscripción en una licenciatura (negocios, ingeniería, economía o campo afín).
• Disponibilidad para iniciar en enero de 2027 y mantener al menos 6 meses desde la graduación.
• Comunicación clara en español, con competencia laboral en inglés.
• Con base técnica: hojas de cálculo, con conocimientos básicos de SQL o Python.
• Experiencia en proyectos (académicos o personales) llevados de idea a producto.
• Empatía con usuarios y enfoque en cómo mejora la experiencia.
• Capacidad de convertir ambigüedad en diseño estructurado.
• Organización y sentido de propiedad sobre el resultado.

Responsabilidades

• Ayudar a decidir qué construye DiDi y cómo se siente para los usuarios.
• Enmarcar problemas, crear specs y prototipos, y testear con feedback real.
• Colaborar entre producto, diseño e ingeniería para lanzar mejoras.
• Gestionar una porción de la hoja de ruta y flujos de diseño de extremo a extremo.
• Adaptarse a cambios de alcance y nueva información durante el desarrollo.
• Identificar patrones de comportamiento y datos para respaldar decisiones.

About The Team/role

Working at DiDi means solving real problems for millions of riders, eaters, drivers and couriers across Latin America on one of the region's largest ride-hailing and delivery platforms, built to be every day better for everyone. As a Product & Design Intern

you will help decide what DiDi builds next and how it feels to the people who use it — from framing the problem to shipping the fix. This role is built for people who'd rather see their work live in the app than sitting in a deck.

In this role, you'll be...

• Solving real user and business problems through structured frameworks — a clear spec, a tested design, a scoped program.
• Navigate the ambiguity of building something new: prototype, test and iterate on real user feedback before you ship.
• Collaborate across product, design and engineering to move a feature or program from idea to launch without dropping a dependency.
• Own a slice of the roadmap, a design flow, or a program end to end — managing timelines, risk and stakeholders under real deadlines.
• Adapt to shifting scope and new information as the product, and the plan, evolve.
• Identify patterns in user behavior and product data to justify the call you're making — and read what happened after you shipped it.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

• Minimum education: enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (business, engineering, economics, or related field)
• Availability to onboard on January, 2027 with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date
• Clear communication in Spanish, with working proficiency in English
• Technical foundation: comfortable in spreadsheets, with SQL or Phyton basic knowledge. Working knowledge of a design tool is a nice to have.
• Builder experience: any project (academic or personal) you took from idea to live
• User empathy: a genuine curiosity about how experience works and where it breaks
• Craft and structure: you turn ambiguity into a clean, considered design
• Organization and ownership: you make order out of complexity and own the outcome
