Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking an Intake Specialist to join a US boutique law firm and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will conduct legal intake interviews and capture case information with professionalism and empathy.

You will handle high-volume calls, document details in CRM and case management systems, and schedule consultations with attorneys, while maintaining precise records and ensuring a client-focused experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of legal intake experience with a law firm or legal services provider.
• Experience supporting U.S. clients.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage back-to-back calls while documenting information in real time.
• Experience with CRM and/or legal case management systems.
• LeadDocket proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to discuss sensitive legal matters with professionalism and empathy.
