DOXA is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for teams in Colombia or the Philippines (remote). The role focuses on identifying gaps, instructional design, and AI‑driven solutions aligned with business objectives, across Colombian, Philippine, and international teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years as a research‑oriented instructional designer, with strong facilitation, analytics, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, L&D or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a research‑oriented instructional designer with learner‑centered design.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills; proficient with learning tech and digital tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and SAM beyond ADDIE; experience in analytics and project management.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to develop learning assets and scalable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Build and design learner‑centered instructional materials for synchronous and asynchronous learning.
• Deliver learning solutions using varied learner‑centered approaches and platforms.
• Demonstrate presentation skills and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve learning quality and scalability.
• Maintain analytics on sessions, content and facilitator performance; manage end‑to‑end projects.
