Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to design learner-centered, scalable learning experiences that support organizational capability building and business objectives.

In LXSS, you will lead design engagements from discovery through implementation, applying learning science and modern design practices within agile squads. You will collaborate with media, development, QA, accessibility, and learning technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Description:

The Sr. Specialist, Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is an experienced individual contributor within the Learning Experience Strategy & Solutions (LXSS) organization. This role partners with Learning Experience Strategists, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional delivery teams to design learner-centered, scalable, and measurable learning experiences that support organizational capability building and business objectives.

The Sr. LXD independently leads learning design engagements from discovery through implementation, applying learning science, design thinking, experience design, and emerging technologies to create modern learning solutions. Working within agile squads, the role collaborates with specialists across media, development, quality assurance, accessibility, and learning technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet learner needs and business goals.

The Sr. LXD leverages AI-enabled tools and modern design practices to accelerate work, improve learner experiences, and create scalable solutions that support continuous improvement and long-term sustainability.
