Sutherland Global in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Lead Payroll to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with local laws, and drive process improvements across the payroll lifecycle.

You will manage complex payroll scenarios, coordinate with HRIS and Finance, review outputs for accuracy, and lead a small team of payroll analysts. A 5–7 year track record in payroll and experience with ADP or SAP Payroll are required.

Formación

• 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Strong expertise in payroll calculations, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience with ADP or SAP Payroll.
• Knowledge of Colombian payroll laws and audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Payroll Execution: manage complete payroll cycles for assigned population.
• Review payroll outputs and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Handle off-cycle payrolls and adjustments.
• Compliance & Audit: ensure compliance with Colombia payroll laws and statutory regulations.
• Escalation & Issue Resolution: handle complex payroll discrepancies and RCA.
• Systems & Data Management: validate system integrations and data flow.
• Process Optimization: drive standardization of payroll processes and support automation.
