Johnson & Jn in Bogote1, Colombia, is seeking a Sr. Payroll Automation Analyst to drive automation strategy across payroll operations. You will partner Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to implement scalable automation using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI, improving accuracy and compliance.

The role focuses on end-to-end payroll improvements, governance, and auditability, with deployment leadership from development through production for multiple regions and regulatory environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll technology, or automation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including taxes, filings, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll process automation & optimization across regions and business units.
• Gather requirements from Payroll, HR, Tax, and Finance stakeholders.
• Document current-state vs. future-state payroll processes, including dependencies (HRIS, time systems, GL, tax vendors).
• Design and develop automation solutions using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.
• Ensure governance, compliance (SOX), and audit traceability across payroll automation projects.
• Coordinate deployments, testing (UAT), and production support for payroll cycles.
