Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, and optimization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies; CRM data familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Meta lead generation campaigns across multiple accounts and KPIs.
• Monitor performance against targets and report insights with recommended actions.
• Design and execute structured testing plans for targeting, creative, offers, and structure.
