Job summary

411locals is seeking a Google Ads Department Manager to lead a portfolio of lead generation campaigns for home services in the US market. You will own department KPIs, set strategy, and build scalable systems to deliver high-quality leads at target costs.

You will manage a team of PPC strategists, standardize processes, and drive testing velocity to turn insights into repeatable playbooks across accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with Google Ads (AdWords).
• 1–2+ years leading a PPC team.
• Proven track record managing lead generation at scale.
• Strong expertise in: Search campaigns, Performance Max, and conversion tracking (including offline conversions).

Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for overall department KPIs: CPQL, Lead Volume vs Targets, CVR, Wasted Spend Reduction.
• Manage and mentor a team of Google Ads strategists/media buyers.
• Define and enforce best practices across campaigns, bidding, and account scaling; create standardized SOPs.
• Oversee department-wide testing roadmap and data-driven optimization.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for visibility across accounts.
