Job summary

Pithy Marketing LLC is seeking a hands-on Paid Ads Specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for US-based medical and aesthetics practices. You will lead from setup to optimization, testing what works, and owning the results with data-driven decisions.

You’ll manage budgets, track performance, and collaborate with the creative team. This 100% remote role focuses on LATAM candidates, offering ownership of accounts and growth through AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns and optimizing for quality leads.
• Ability to make data-driven optimization decisions rather than following only instructions.
• Comfortable analyzing data to identify problems and decide next steps.
• Proficient with GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track performance.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets to manage campaigns and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Audit accounts, identify opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and execute.
• Manage budgets, audiences, targeting, bidding, keywords, negatives, and campaign structure.
• Monitor performance and investigate changes, not just react to numbers.
• Assess lead quality beyond CPL to ensure valuable leads.
• Write ad copy, coordinate with the creative team, and request landing page changes as needed.
• Track and report what happened, why, and next actions.
• Take ownership of accounts and flag potential problems before they escalate.
