EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chief Forward Deployed Engineer to act as a self‑directed technical leader. You'll engage directly with clients to shape requirements and ship software ready for production use, driving end-to-end ownership and delivery.

Expected to mentor engineers, coordinate across teams, and integrate AI-powered coding practices into daily work. You will convert broad business objectives into concrete technical strategies and step‑by‑step plans, select architectures with

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years directing and overseeing engineering teams.
• Proven full-stack capability with .NET/C# and Angular.
• Real-world AWS deployment and maintenance experience.
• Daily hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot or equivalent).
• Strong ability to gather requirements from business audiences and drive agile delivery.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical lead for client projects from kickoff to production.
• Convert business objectives into concrete technical plans and delivery steps.
• Select architecture, tools, and implementation approaches with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical work with business goals.
